Field Honest ratings are four simple scores from genuine first-hand customers or trip participants. There are no public comments.
- Rate only an operation you personally used or accompanied as a customer or participant.
- Do not rate your own business, an employer, a close affiliate, or a competitor you did not use.
- Do not trade payment, discounts, gifts, threats, or pressure for any score.
- One browser key may update, rather than multiply, a rating for the same profile.
- We may remove or exclude ratings for fraud, conflicts, manipulation, duplication, lack of real experience, legal necessity, or rule violations—not merely because a score is negative.
A paid claim does not buy better ratings. The optional one-time verified-owner clean start only changes whether eligible pre-claim ratings count in the displayed score; it does not delete post-claim ratings or permit ongoing resets. Suspected abuse can be reported to office@nomenasdigital.com.
