This pre-launch privacy notice describes the current Field Honest build operated by Nomenas Digital LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.
Information processed
Our hosting, WordPress installation, and security systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, login activity, and error or security events to deliver and protect the site. Administrator accounts contain the information supplied for account access.
Public comments, reader accounts, newsletter enrollment, behavioral advertising, and reader-facing contact forms are not open in the current pre-launch build. Field Honest does not currently represent that it sells personal information or uses it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and third parties
Strictly necessary cookies may be used for administrator authentication and security. Non-essential analytics and advertising tags are not intentionally enabled for public readers during pre-launch. This notice will be updated before any newsletter, analytics, advertising, embeds, affiliate measurement, or public submission system is activated.
Retention and choices
Operational and security records are limited to what is needed to run and protect the site. Vendor-specific retention and privacy-request routing are being verified before public data collection opens. Privacy requests may currently be sent by postal mail to the operator address above.
Children
Field Honest is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
